The College of Basic Sciences and Humanities is a part of the renowned GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. The best facility in GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology is the multistoried, appealing library, which is an architectural marvel and looks like a ship. This excellent library with its vast stock of more than 350,000 books and periodicals numbering over 3,000 is well furnished and can accommodate seating for 1,000 readers. The university is one of the best academic libraries in the country for scientific and technical literature which supports the curriculum. Adequately equipped departmental laboratories are available at the disposal of the students in the college to carry out practical work in their respective disciplines. There is an excellent infrastructure for IT that will upgrade the teaching methodologies and research pursuits in keeping with today's digital world.
