Center for Spatial Information Technology is one of the key constituents at the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, that was set up in 1992. SRR & CVR College of Engineering is a constituent college in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, and offers specialised geospatial technologies. CSIT, on the other hand, provides direction with its core programme being the Master of Technology in Spatial Information Technology.
