The BLS Institute of Management, popularly known as BLSIM, is one of the prestigious educational institutions that was set up in 1997. This affiliated college at Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, has been engaging itself in creating future business leaders for over two decades. It offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Management programme and lays stress on developing professionals all-round who will be readily able to take up challenges in the corporate world. The two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is the institute's flagship programme. The course structure has been so designed as to enable students to acquire knowledge and skills so as to meet challenges in a dynamic business environment. The institute requires aspiring candidates to take a BLS Management Aptitude Test which forms the first step in screening. Candidates who perform well in MAT then get short-listed for the next stage of selection process comprising Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Extempore presentation. Thus, the final merit list would be prepared, constituting a candidate's BLS MAT score, performance in the GD-PI-Extempore round, and academic profile.
