Birnagar Kabi Nabin Chandra Sen Teachers Training Institute, Nadia, West Bengal, is one of the youngest institutes in this district. It was started in 2016 as a Co-ed Institute. The institute aims to develop future teachers and has two most important teaching courses. This institute is affiliated with and also approved by the National Council for Teacher Education; thus, it maintains its curriculum adhering to the National Standards. The institute hosts 231 students on a small 0.96-acre campus with a faculty of 25 qualified teachers. Both programmes are affiliated with Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University (BSAEU), Kolkata, and are recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The sports facilities in the college also help sports enthusiasts develop their love of sports and thus promote physical well-being along with academic growth.
