Biju Pattnaik Film and Television Institute of Odisha (BPFTIO), set up in 1998, is one of the premier autonomous specialist institutions situated at Cuttack, Odisha. BPFTIO offers three programmes ; all these programmes take three years of study and include Cinematography, Film and Video editing and TV and Sound Engineering. These programmes are the Diploma of Cinematography, Diploma of Film and Video Editing and Diploma of TV and Sound Engineering.
