Balawan College, Ri Bhoi, founded in 2009 is an affiliated ISO College in Umsing, Dist. Ri Bhoi, Meghalaya. This is an amalgam co-educational institution which avails a number of programmes of undergraduate level in the humanities. The college is affiliated with NEHU Shillong . The college has a blend of 338 student enrolments and 17 members of teaching faculties that make up its small, intimate class.
